Ces Conditions de vente ont été mises à jour le 30 décembre 2022 et régissent les ventes d’iris par « IRIS en PÉRIGORD ».
Prix
Les prix de nos produits sont indiqués en euros, nets de TVA, « TVA non applicable selon l’article 293 B du Code Général des Impôts », et hors frais d’expédition.
En cas de commande vers un pays autre que la France métropolitaine vous êtes l'importateur du ou des produits concernés. Des droits de douane ou autres taxes locales ou droits d'importation ou taxes d'état sont susceptibles d'être exigibles. Ces droits et sommes ne relèvent pas du ressort de la société « IRIS en PÉRIGORD ».
Toutes les commandes sont payables en euros.
La société « IRIS en PÉRIGORD » se réserve le droit de modifier ses prix à tout moment, mais le produit sera facturé sur la base du tarif en vigueur au moment de la validation de la commande et sous réserve de disponibilité.

Disponibilité
Nos produits sont proposés tant qu'ils sont visibles sur le site et dans la limite des stocks disponibles et vous ne pouvez commander un produit en rupture de stock. En cas d'indisponibilité de produit après passation de votre commande par tout autre biais que le site, nous vous en informerons par mail. Votre commande sera automatiquement annulée et aucun débit bancaire ne sera effectué. Vous pouvez également accepter le remplacement par un produit équivalent après nous l’avoir confirmé.

Remises.
Les membres de la SFIB (Société Française des Iris et Bulbeuses) à jour de leur cotisation bénéficient d’une remise de 10% sur le montant de leur commande, hors frais de port. Contactez « IRIS en PÉRIGORD » pour obtenir un code de réduction.
Frais d’expédition.
Les expéditions se feront de fin juillet à fin octobre, sous réserve de conditions atmosphériques normales. Une participation vous sera demandée pour le port et l’emballage. Les iris seront expédiés par Colissimo postal. Il appartient au Client de faire les réclamations auprès du transporteur en cas de perte ou d’avaries, puisque les colis voyagent aux risques et périls du destinataire.
Les colis expédiés à l’intérieur de l’Union Européenne seront tous munis d’un passeport phytosanitaire.
Les frais de port et d’emballage sont les suivants :
Pour la France métropolitaine : 10 € , livraison gratuite à partir de 150 €.
Pour les autres pays européens, livraison standard :

La société « IRIS en PÉRIGORD » s'engage à préserver la confidentialité des informations fournies par l’acheteur, qu'il serait amené à transmettre pour l'utilisation de certains services. Toute information le concernant est soumise aux dispositions de la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978. A ce titre, l'internaute dispose d'un droit d'accès, de modification et de suppression des informations le concernant. Garantie
Le plus grand soin est apporté à la culture des iris et également à leurs arrachage et étiquetage. Néanmoins, l’erreur est toujours envisageable et il peut arriver qu’un iris ne soit pas conforme à la variété commandée. Dans ce cas, « IRIS en PÉRIGORD » s’engage à remplacer l’iris non conforme s’il est toujours en stock, sinon il sera au choix remplacé par un iris de valeur équivalente , voire supérieure, ou remboursé. Les réclamations doivent être fondées et ne pas intervenir au-delà de 6 mois après réception du colis. Cependant, si les tort sont imputables à « IRIS en PÉRIGORD » , la responsabilité de la société se limitera au remboursement partiel, voire total de la marchandise et pas davantage.
Rétractation
Le droit de rétractation ne peut être exercé pour les cas suivants (article L121.21.8 du code de la consommation) :
- Les biens susceptibles de se détériorer ou de se périmer rapidement (fleurs, plantes, …)
- Les biens ouverts après la livraison et qui ne peuvent être renvoyés pour des raisons d’hygiène ou de protection phytosanitaire.
Pour ces raisons, « IRIS en PÉRIGORD » ne peut accepter de retour de marchandise.
Responsabilité
Le vendeur, dans le processus de vente en ligne, n'est tenu que par une obligation de moyens. Sa responsabilité ne pourra être engagée pour un dommage résultant de l'utilisation du réseau internet tel que pertes de données, intrusion, virus, rupture du service ou autres problèmes involontaires, ainsi que tout fait qualifié de force majeure.

Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the site and within the limit of available stocks and you can not order a product out of stock. Shipping costs.

Costi di spedizione
Le spedizioni verranno effettuate da fine luglio a fine ottobre, in base alle normali condizioni meteorologiche. Le verrà chiesto di pagare per la spedizione e l'imballaggio. Le iridi saranno inviate per posta Colissimo. Spetta al Cliente presentare reclami al corriere in caso di smarrimento o danneggiamento, poiché i pacchi viaggiano a rischio del destinatario.
I pacchi spediti all'interno dell'Unione Europea avranno tutti un passaporto fitosanitario.
Le spese di spedizione e imballaggio sono le seguenti:
Per la Francia continentale, Monaco e Andorra: 10 €, consegna gratuita da 150 €.
Per altri paesi europei, consegna standard:
- Unione Europea : 20 €

- consegna gratuita da 250 €
- Per alcuni paesi, le tasse doganali, le varie tasse, il certificato fitosanitario possono aumentare il costo della consegna.
Può anche rimuovere le iridi sul posto dopo aver fissato un appuntamento 10 giorni prima.
Dati personali
La società "IRIS en PÉRIGORD" si impegna a preservare la riservatezza delle informazioni fornite dall'acquirente, che dovrebbe trasmettere per l'uso di determinati servizi. Tutte le informazioni che lo riguardano sono soggette alle disposizioni della legge n. 78-17 del 6 gennaio 1978. In quanto tale, l'utente di Internet ha il diritto di accedere, modificare ed eliminare le informazioni che lo riguardano. Garanzia
La massima cura è posta nella coltivazione delle iridi e anche nel loro sradicamento ed etichettatura. Tuttavia, l'errore è ancora possibile e può accadere che un'iride non sia conforme alla varietà ordinata. In questo caso, "IRIS in PÉRIGORD" si impegna a sostituire l'iride non conforme se è ancora disponibile, altrimenti verrà facoltativamente sostituita da un'iride di valore equivalente o persino superiore, o rimborsata. I reclami devono essere motivati e non intervenire oltre i 6 mesi dal ricevimento del pacco. Tuttavia, se i torti sono imputabili a "IRIS en PÉRIGORD”, la responsabilità dell'azienda sarà limitata al rimborso parziale, anche totale, dei beni e non di più.
Ritrazione
Il diritto di recesso non può essere esercitato nei seguenti casi (articolo L121.21.8 del codice del consumatore):
• Merci che potrebbero deteriorarsi o scadere rapidamente (fiori, piante, ecc.)
• Merci aperte dopo la consegna e che non possono essere restituite per motivi di igiene o protezione fitosanitaria.
Per questi motivi, "IRIS en PÉRIGORD" non può accettare la restituzione della merce.
Responsabilità
Il venditore, nel processo di vendita online, è vincolato solo da un obbligo di mezzi. La sua responsabilità non potrebbe essere ingaggiata per un danno derivante dall'uso della rete Internet come perdita di dati, intrusioni, virus, interruzione del servizio o altri problemi involontari, nonché qualsiasi fatto qualificato come forza maggiore.

Preis
Die Preise unserer Produkte sind in Euro angegeben, abzüglich Mehrwertsteuer, "Mehrwertsteuer gilt nicht gemäß Artikel 293 B der Allgemeinen Abgabenordnung" und ohne Versandkosten.
Bei einer Bestellung in ein anderes Land als das französische Festland sind Sie der Importeur der betreffenden Produkte. Zölle oder andere lokale Steuern oder Einfuhrzölle oder staatliche Steuern können fällig werden. Diese Rechte und Beträge liegen nicht in der Verantwortung des Unternehmens "IRIS en PÉRIGORD".
Alle Bestellungen sind in Euro zu bezahlen.
Das Unternehmen "IRIS en PÉRIGORD" behält sich das Recht vor, seine Preise jederzeit zu ändern. Versandkosten
Der Versand erfolgt von Ende Juli bis Ende Oktober unter normalen Wetterbedingungen. Sie werden um einen Beitrag für Versand und Verpackung gebeten. Die Iris wird per Post Colissimo verschickt. Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Kunden, bei Verlust oder Beschädigung Ansprüche beim Spediteur geltend zu machen, da die Pakete auf Gefahr und Gefahr des Empfängers reisen.

Garantie
Die größte Sorgfalt wird beim Anbau von Iris sowie bei deren Entwurzelung und Kennzeichnung verwendet. Es gibt jedoch immer Raum für Fehler und es kann vorkommen, dass eine Iris nicht der bestellten Sorte entspricht. In diesem Fall verpflichtet sich "IRIS in PÉRIGORD", die nicht konforme Iris zu ersetzen, wenn sie noch auf Lager ist. Andernfalls wird sie durch eine Iris mit gleichem oder noch höherem Wert ersetzt oder erstattet. Reklamationen müssen begründet sein und dürfen nicht länger als 6 Monate nach Erhalt des Pakets eingereicht werden. Wenn der Schaden jedoch auf "IRIS en PÉRIGORD" zurückzuführen ist, beschränkt sich die Verantwortung des Unternehmens auf die teilweise oder sogar vollständige Erstattung der Waren und nicht mehr.
Rückzug
Das Widerrufsrecht kann in folgenden Fällen nicht ausgeübt werden (Artikel L121.21.8 des Verbrauchergesetzbuchs):
Waren, die sich wahrscheinlich verschlechtern oder schnell verfallen (Blumen, Pflanzen usw.)
Waren, die nach der Lieferung geöffnet wurden und aus hygienischen oder pflanzenschutzrechtlichen Gründen nicht zurückgegeben werden können.
Aus diesen Gründen kann "IRIS en PÉRIGORD" keine Warenrücksendungen annehmen.
